Solaris for the not so dumb

We had this discussion in my team about books on solaris. My team has a good mixture of a Solaris expert , some with ok kinda knowledge of Solaris and few with no knowledge of Solaris. I have been trying to bring all the folks in my team to good at Solaris level. I don't intend to make all of solaris experts but, I need my team to handle a solaris box completely. I haven't found a book that addresses my need. whenever I talk a solaris expert, " Solaris Internals by Richard McDougall " is the answer I get. For me its like reading a dictionary to learn a language. I plan to assign a topic to each member of my team. Each person shall go as deep as possible without making the topic too deep and present the material one has collected. I shall then collate all the material we come up with. I am sure this will be a good resource for others as well. Can i call that compilation as "Solaris for the not so dumb" ?........ well let think of the title when I come to it. In the meanwhile if anyone of have any suggestion please... comment..
