My Introduction, and What I do
My Introduction : A Computer Engineer with 12+ years of industry experience. Practicing Project Management in Sun Microsystems. My expertise are in the area of Java/ Java EE technology, Solaris operating system, and database technologies. Some of my contributions externally available are FUSE port on OpenSolaris, LRWP implementation in Java, and more in the pipeline.
What I do : I work for a worldwide organization, within Sun Microsystems, called ISV Engineering. I work with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) to help them adopt critical Sun technologies. The key activities involves Evangelising technology, Porting, Integration, Architecture review, Performance engineering, etc.
