Hermetically

That sign reads, "Hermetically Swimming Unfishable Boating Dabbler Offender to bring (someone) to justice." No, I will not reveal the location of such literature master-piece. But whoever can decipher this please step forward. Chinese readers, no cheating.

I give up. I have tried around 4/5 times since the blog was published. I have encountered my share of literature master pieces in India but this beats everything else hands down. Let the secret out!

How about, "Absolutely no swimming, fishing, boating, or wading. Violators will be prosecuted."

Isn't that so hard?

It reads:

"Strict prohibition
Swimming, Fishing, Boating,
Playing water (wading).
Far-goers (violators) procecuted"

Madhan Kumar got it right, this is just a literal translation.
Hope this helps.
