Picture of the Year

I just came across this photo, which has to be the best photo of 2006. It's from Mardi Gras 2006 in New Orleans. The slogan on the people's shirts refers to the fact that everything on the Gulf Coast went underwater with Katrina, and after the water receded, the mold and rot set in. It's so bad that after being down there for more than a day or two, one develops what they call Katrina cough.
