| Weird Things in the Fridge, Part 2
Well, the milk-yoghurt from last time didn't do much exciting. After I put it back in the fridge, the next time I looked, it had separated into curds and whey. Eventually it did go bad, and I chucked it.
Lo and behold, this morning I went to make myself some cream of wheat, and yet again, my milk had curdled without going bad. In fact, it was only a couple of days old. Different brand, different container type. Strange things are afoot at the Circle-K, and I don't know where to start debugging, pun intended. I think a thorough fridge cleaning is in order. Am I the only person to whom this has happened?
