The JSR-318 EG has released the Public Draft of EJB 3.1 (Download). Ken (the EG lead) is soliciting feedback by email or directly in his blog. Ken will continue to providing highlights of the new features through his blog, a practice he started after the first Early Draft ([1], [2], [3], [4]).
