Here we go: Terena just putback the GPL2+CDDL headers into the GlassFish repository. We are officially dual-licensed; actually, triple if you count the RI for the Java EE licensees. To preempt questions, although the bulk of the GlassFish code lives in the GlassFish.dev.java.net repository, a number of modules have repositories elsewhere. I did a couple of spot-checks and didn't see the corresponding GPL license, so I suspect that more putbacks are still pending. I'll check and will report back. |
