GlassFish User Experience
  Posted by woodjr in GlassFish

"Drawing Hands" by M. C. Escher, 1948

GlassFish developers have always paid a lot of attention to User Experience. As Nazrul notes, that has given the appserver a level of usability which is now getting a lot of attention from others [1, 2, 3].

Still, maintaining a good user experience is a never-ending challenge. New features bring new administrative requirements, and we must continuously ask whether we are moving towards an experience of intuitive elegance or are veering off towards unmanageable complexity.

This is one area where getting feedback is especially important. Please take the opportunity to share your own GlassFish experience with Nazrul and others who are constantly striving to make it better for everyone.
