Project Phobos is Live!
  Posted by pelegri in Web.Next

Image of Phobos

Project Phobos is one of several efforts into how to incorporate Scripting into the GlassFish Community. Phobos uses JSR-223 to access the scripting languages but its main focus is Javascript. Roberto gave nice demos of it during several presentations yesterday (Tuesday) at JavaOne, and he announced that Phobos.dev.java.net is live.

There is a lot of interest in scripting at this JavaOne; we will try to bring you the highlights over the next few days and weeks. Also, we are going to try to get screencasts of many of the JavaOne demos; stay tuned.
