I've just read the first analyst report covering Java EE 5 - by Shawn Willett at Current Analysis. It was very positive and predicts that Java EE 5 will be adopted much quicker than previous versions. The report also calls out the importance of Open Source to the JCP. Not suprisingly, GlassFish gets a nice plug as well because we're all about open specs. and open, transparent development
