Thread Dumps for Sun's AppServer and GlassFish

Sreeni describes in detail how to get a Dump of the Java Threads of a SJS AS 8.x or SJS AS 9.0 (GlassFish) container on Windows and Unix variants (Solaris, Linux and Mac OS X - I'd presume the same would apply to FreeBSD?).
