GlassFish can be installed on a variety of platforms - Solaris Sparc, Solaris X86, Windows, Linux, and MacOS. The installer of the Sun's distribution of GlassFish - Sun Java System Application Server - can create a Windows Service but that installer is not part of the GlassFish distro, so Ryan created a simple command to do it. |
