In this brief video Rene talks about some of the typical issues customers run into when taking on an identity implementation. Due to the complexity of these engagements, it's critical that you have a solid team that brings their collective experience and strong ability to analyze and solve problems. He talks about things like dealing with "dirty data," issues around knowledge transfer, and one of the best kept secrets to Sun's Identity Management offerings.
