OpenSolaris in review February 2008
Here's my latest roll-up of OpenSolaris news for February. Last month was pretty hectic for me (and for the rest of the project, based on the length of the list below!) - my day-job is busy right now, as well as having to prepare for the FOSDEM weekend. We didn't manage to get an IE-OSUG meeting organised, so there's no audio commentary on any of these items below just yet. I'll add a comment as soon as we have that recorded.
In the meantime, dive into the list below, and please feel free to suggest items I left out as comments to this post!

Small correction: Belenix didn't win any FOSS.IN award, largely because FOSS.IN (a community driven event) does not (yet) have any awards. :)
The award you are referring to was given by a commercial event that is unrelated to FOSS.IN or the Indian FOSS community (and is in fact sponsored by Microsoft). Their naming of the awards, and styling of the award logo, was deliberately designed to create precisely this confusion.
Unfortunately, they (as usual) forgot to register the relevant domains, so we did it for them. Just trying to be helpful. :) http://foss-india.org
None of this means that Belenix doesn't deserve an award - it certainly does! But got to remain factual :)

Thanks for pointing that out Atuul! I'll update the body of the post to correctly refer to FOSS India rather than FOSS.IN -- I thought the two were the same thing, so it's been an education for me too!

Update: Schillix 0.6.3 is out using Nevada build 83! We also use it to run our CSW port of GNOME 2.22 (RC).
