hg clone ssh://anon@hg.opensolaris.org/hg/jds/zfs-snapshot

    • 服务 start/stop 日志位于 /var/svc/log 下
  • 将 avoidscrub 默认设置为 false(在 nv_94 中修复了 6343667)
  • 修复了 Dan 提出的 bug(谢谢!)——卷也是数据集
  • 通过在启动时设置 com.sun:auto-snapshot=true 自动快照所有内容。

    Comments:

I was having problems reading your recent ZFS posts on your blog (september 22, 2008). I don't know if anyone else is having these problems, but I tried it with two different browsers. I don't have any problems with previous posts (hawk walk and previous). It all looks like it's in a different language. Thanks!

Yep, some of my ZFS snapshots posts have been translated into Chinese by Jun-Hui Paul Duan. It'd be nice if there were a way to have these hidden by default, and only display them if the users' browser preferences were set to look for Chinese content. Sorry about that!

Sorry for not noticing that earlier...

Hi Tim, I changed the setting for the translated blogs, now only your original English posts are displayed on the main page. Localized blogs can be accessed with a suffix to the url, e.g. http://blogs.sun.com/timf/zh.

Something like a language selector can be added on right pane of the page, let me know if you want me to do this, or you want to do it by yourself.:)

Oh, lots of Chinese! I didn't expect I could read through Tim's blog so smoothly and quickly! :)
I use the subscribe google reader, it's also shown ALL today's posts as Chinese. I'd like to see English as the default language setting, but the multi-language version only could be seen through web link.

Thanks for Paul, the translation is quite valuable work, at least, to me. :)

Hey Paul, Cool - can you add that down towards the bottom, under the search box please? Also, is there a way for me to get emailed when comments come in on the translated posts? Even if I can't read Chinese, it'd be interesting (to me at least) which posts are generating queries...

Posted by Tim Foster on September 22, 2008 at 11:02 PM IST #

Tim, I have no idea how to configure the blogs to get you emailed for comments on the translated posts. Looks like they are only sent to the account who published the posts...

I moved the links to the bottom.

Thank you Robin for the warm comments, the credit goes to my translation team, I did not translate them. :)

What are the chances you could post in english? Or should I be using a different web address? I went to http://blogs.sun.com/timf/, and I didn't see the ZFS posts listed. Here they're in a different language. Thanks!

    Anon,

These are Simplified Chinese translation of Tim's English posts. You don't miss any of Tim's new English posts, which you can still find at http://blogs.sun.com/timf/.

    Thanks,
    Paul
