昨日開かれた社内セミナーにて, Tim Bray に 「Sun もこれまで相当投資してきた 『重い Web サービス』 についてどう思う?」 という質問をしてみたんだけど, その返答の中で出てきたのが表題の言葉 (微妙に表現違うかも). 個人的にかなり腑に落ちた. それと, 「Sun もここ 15 年くらいかけて (含 CORBA), ようやくそのことを教訓として得たんだよ (← このへんも意訳)」 とコメントしてたのにも, かなりグッときた.
