Sun on OSNews
Sun had two mentions on osnews today.
- 'Open-source' Solaris Draws Lukewarm Response
- With some interesting comments on whether or not we can do it (ie copyrights etc) and whether or not we should do it (ie Solaris is dead, long live Linux - It should go without saying, but that's not my belief).
- Sun Opens Up with Blogging; Solaris Tidbits
- Of course, you already knew about that as you're here reading this now. As I write this there are only three comments, but the general tone is that the move is a good one
As usual osnews makes for some good reading.
As usual, we took a beating on slashdot on the open sourcing Solaris issue, but that seems to be par for the course on just about anything we do.
