Doodle - A cool meeting tool!

Many of us have to schedule meetings where participants have to dial in from different countries or different time zones. Finding a common time to meet where five or more people have to attend becomes a challenge. Often, the potential meeting participants have to exchange several e-mails before deciding on a common time. Doodle can help you get around this problem.
It is very simple and intuitive. You don't need a login name, nor do you need to provide your e-mail id unless you want to! As a meeting organizer, you can start a poll with several possible dates and times for a meeting. Potential attendees have to just mark their convenient slot. You can easily find out the time that is most comfortable for everyone, all without having a single e-mail interaction. Sounds great? Try it out yourself.
As I pointed out in one of our internal e-mail aliases, floating tens of e-mails to set up a meeting seems to be an older generation activity with Doodle around!
GatherGrid ( http://gatherGrid.com ) is much simpler! You don't have to type in times: just point and click! They integrate things like Google Maps, and give you a heat map of popular times -- all in an easy-to-grasp calendar format!
