I got myself an openid handle (visit openid.org for more info). I went to some openid sites to try logging in. Logging in is amazingly easy if you have an openid handle. I can foresee that this has a bright future. Five or seven years down the line, we won't have patient net surfers registering faithfully to each and every website. They would just use the handle. 

In the future, you might just be identified by your handle! For starters, openid helps to uniquely identify you just as websites have URL. Do you have experience using openid? Share it here...
