Sun's worldwide volunteer week: Visit to old age home
As part of Sun's volunteer week, I was part of the team that visited "Shambavi Old Age Home" near airport road (Bangalore). Some pictures here...

Inmates and Sun volunteers share a joke
Goodies (special jute bags made for the inmates by spastic children) being distributed. Each jute bag distributed contained some essentials for every day use - hair oil, detergent, washing soaps etc.

A mini-concert was arranged. Everyone enjoyed the splendid performance. A section of the inmates in rapt attention as the concert was going on.

Hi, I know a lady, aged about 50 yrs ailing from minor heart problem. She has nobody in this world and no money also. Would anybody know of a old age home which is good and hygeinic which can provide her a shelter. Pls send me your information and that would be really great.
