September 20, Software Freedom Day

Last saturday was celebrated the Software Freedom Day in a lot of regions, including Brazil. Tom Mix and Thiago Gonzaga posted the event in our cities, here in Brazil.
Here in Porto Alegre and all my state, Rio Grande do Sul the September 20 is a traditional vacation called "War of the Farrapos". And this is the reason that we change the date here to September 27.
In September 27 at SERPRO's auditorium will happen the Software Freedom Day - Porto Alegre. We are planning and working a lot to delivery the event by streaming for the people that don't leave near Porto Alegre. So be attention at the event's site and if you leave in Porto Alegre, please register here (it's free!) and going to the event!
