Yes, Its possible to get schema based code completion for your xml files in netbeans 5.5.1 editor.

Please tell me that the editor automatically fetches the schemas, and you don't have to manually create schema repositories of any kind?

Hi Mikael, you just need to register schema file to XML Schema Catalog in runtime tab with proper system-id and URI for .xsd file. Thats it and your xml editor will get the schema based code completion.
