A recent Wired new story reminded me that I needed to shamelessly plug someone.

The folks at ifixipodsfast.com don't just do miracles, they show you how. If you have a dead pod and a bit of cash, you can get the parts, watch the videos and save your iPod from the scrap heap.

I did just that with my son's 4^th Gen 20GB iPod that had a busted screen.

Plus, I got to go buy a T6 screwdriver...

My favorite iTunes stream The KEXP stream is great. It is in the Alt/Modern Rock category. The station originates in Seattle, WA, USA. Their url is http://www.kexp.org.
