Thanks Elena!

Well, finding current "how-to" information about using the Plugin Manager to install a module that you have downloaded turned out to be harder than I expected.

Elena did a quick write up about installing the SIP App Dev Module into NetBeans 6.0.

The write up includes screen shots with details that will change as time goes on... The version number will increase, etc... but the "gist" will remain the same for quite some time.
