Why I'm Proud to Work at Sun

Many times people ask why I work at Sun versus any other company. They ask whether being in-house counsel is really that different from company to company. After all, if you're in the legal department, isn't it the same everywhere? Actually, it really isn't. The tone, culture and ethics of each company can be very different. These values come from the top and are engrained in the organization's DNA. Sun has always had a reputation for being a very ethical company, and now has been named one of Ethisphere Magazine World's Most Ethical Companies for the second year in a row. Mine do. Especially after they have a good meal and roll over on their backs for me to rub their fat, happy buddha bellies. They have big smiles on their faces just like Hotei.
