The JES package-based web 7.0 U3 patch is now out and available at sunsolve.
You can download it at
http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/document.do?assetkey=1-21-125437-14-1 (for Solaris)
(this may require user login with valid support contract.)
First , you need to check if you are using a package-based web server 7.0.
If you are not sure, then read more at:

Also, you need to install the newer nss patch to make this newer web 7.0 U3 patch work,
