Introduced two weeks ago at JavaOne, the Java Store is an online destination connecting the more than 800 million
worldwide desktop Java users with practical and engaging Java based software applications. Needless to say, such a powerful and inventive distribution channel for developers and ISVs is very exciting!The Java Store will feature a wide variety of consumer facing applications built with the power of Java and JavaFX, including games, social software applications and productivity software. Current Java Store examples include RuneScape, a free, massive multiplayer online role playing game and Twitter FX, a JavaFX- based Twitter client.
