I've got my fingers crossed that the ODF issue will actually be what gets more people to switch to non-proprietary products. There's something about the "you're saying YOU control my access to MY stuff?" angle that I think could outrage a lot of people. People seem to perk up and get interested when I mention that in training. Of course, we should be wondering if we'll be having the same outrage 10 years from now against Google. ;> (Again, fingers crossed...)
