Ah while we're fixing the patent laws, let's make it illegal to threaten another company's customers with lawsuits for patent damages without specifying the exact patents. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if there are enough laws against that already. It probably falls under monopoly abuse. If only government lawyers acted without the 5 year delay.

And now, they're trying to patent the "Modular Operating System", even though Open Source companies have been selling such systems for quite a while.
