Hi Simon, if you find the time, could you post some thoughts on open source bounties ?
It's an interesting approach, but I think I'm missing something here. It looks a bit like outsourcing.

Re hoodie. Perhaps if the UK wasn't so repressive and didn't have CCTV cameras everywhere, this sort of thing would be viewed as the stupidity it actually is.
I'm so glad I don't live there anymore. The only question remains, how do you find time to find all these reports...
