I got an e-mail about this today from FON since I have a FON base station at home. Very cool, I guess this means I can cancel my BT subscription.

Good thinking ! However BT want you to keep paying for your BT Broadband but turn it into a FON hotspot ! The ONLY solution to completely cancel BT is to use Virgin Media Broadband with a Tesco VOIP broadband phone and yes I'm running a FON hotspot (over Virgin) at home too !
