thanks for helping to spread the word on the Open Data License work that we've been funding.
We're keen to get the word out, keep the debate going, and secure a good home from which the licenses can continue to grow and be used.

Great link to Jeremy's Blog on OpenOffice. No matter their past, I thank Sun every day for what they did with StarOffice/OpenOffice. Who ELSE has ever done anything close with such "big" software? Answer: no one.
Let Sun decide what's best for OpenOffice, even if that includes agreeing to let others have some directional control for a while. OpenOffice users will forever be grateful to Sun, and to show it, go buy another StarOffice license!
