Interesting how, in the same week that there was a big conference in Germany about adoption of ODF, the US media was focussed on anti-ODF self-publicity by an organisation with more words in its name than members.

Seems Microsoft wants to join in with the accessibility work at Gnome that Sun originally led, using Novell as a proxy so that nasty GPL code doesn't sully them. Good to have them along though, and way overdue.

An opponent of DRM could not ask for a more perfect example than this of why DRM is bad for customers and hence bad for business.
