This is quite ridiculous. These people broke into the guy's room and invaded his privacy. Regardless of how ridiculous his behaviour may have been, it was in private. How can he possibly deserve punishment?

The trade press just don't get it do they? *only* service contracts for Sun. Any guess what the margins are on Dell's HW? And Service contracts?
