The samplers from all the 2008 SXSW Music showcase artists are now available. This has been the best source of new music for me over the last few years, can't wait for the download to complete.

any chance that the installfest for schools will make your next links post? On Saturday (3/1) we are attempting to recycle 500 computers with Ubuntu and donate them to Bay Area schools. Naturally each system will have OpenOffice pre-installed. The installfests will take place in Berkeley, San Francisco, Marin County and San Mateo.
