My favourite method patent (and the only good one I have ever seen). I wonder if she said yes?

My very favourite cook book since student days, I went to use it yesterday and found the first 35 pages had fallen out and were lost. I was delighted to find a reprint available, and with spiral binding too. On order.

You should really check out the "Simply In Season" cookbook. It is a follow-up to "More-with-less" by many of the same individuals, but focuses on seasonal, produce oriented cooking. It's my current favorite, and a great one to have as (at least here in the US Midwest) we head into spring and summer. Ohh, and if you then get "Extending the Table" you'll have the full tri-fecta of Mennonite originating cookbooks.

Thanks, Paul - I have ordered "Extending the Table" since it was also available spiral-bound, but I'll wait until I see a spiral-bound edition of "Simply In Season" (which did catch my eye, yes, but was only available as hardback).
