There's launchpad coming (probably AGPLv3). Now that SourceForge sold out to Microsoft( (Diamond sponsor), it's clear that it's good to have choice.
Bye to Google as well. It's a proprietary softwaare company, just like IBM ( http://technocrat.net/reply/2008/8/5/47378 ).
