Register Now for JavaOne Blogger Beer
I'm making progress to get the JavaOne Blogger Meetup scheduled. I'm still negotiating with venues so I'd appreciate if everyone interested could go use the shiny new registration system to express an interest. That way I'll be able to e-mail everyone who wants to come as well as guestimate the number of people coming - register now! (you only have to fill in name & e-mail)
The system is interesting too. Bruno Souza has very kindly set up this instance of it for me. It's the event management system that SouJava is creating to support all the many conferences, user meetings and BoFs they are running down in Brazil. It did great service at Tech Days and is now helping out at JavaOne. I gather it's a 100% Java solution and that they will be rolling it out for wider use soon. The name does need careful capitalisation though!
Update:Venue confirmed!

I signed up, but whether I can come depends a lot on the exact date and time that is chosen... So hopefully you'll interpret the "registration" numbers with that in mind.
