I have believed dynamic content was the future of the web ever since I first built my aggregator page at webmink.net in 2005. The documents themselves are fascinating, but the fact they are being made available (at least initially) as PDFs of scanned paper documents speaks volumes about the urgent need for a long-lived archiving format to be used in government - like for example PDF with embedded ODF. - Tuesdaytweetup
