Another acrylic painting - Winter Wonderland

While we were busy with the Sun Java Studio Creator performance fixes, to keep my sanity I started this acrylic painting. This is my fourth attempt to do the acrylic painting. This is again based on instructions by Jerry Yarnell.

Dear Winston I reviewed your paintings from the 1st that you did until the last and congratulations, you are improving. I have been painting and teaching for about 40 years and am a great admirer of Jerry Yarnell. I hope that you can see a TV presentation (usually 4 segments) of Jerry taking you step by step through an entire painting. I have found this to be invaluable. Also I would recommend that you find a person in your area that has painting style you like and enroll for lessons. I also took many 6 to 8 hr workshops that moved me along rapidly in learning process. You have talent that can lead you to a very fine career or sanity saving hobby. To use snow as subject for your painting and to work on them using acrylics is a challenging thing to do. But after looking at your work I think you are on your way to mastering the art of doing it.
