Learning about "Digital Dirt" and other "Web 2.0" Things at Sun in Burlington

This banner is hanging in the main cooridor at Sun's east coast campus in Burlington during March!

The Sun Women in Boston hosted Women in Technology Int'l for the 4th consecutive year last week as part of our local International Women's Day (IWD) celebration.

Over 50 people (women and men) joined us at Sun's Burlington campus for a panel discussion on Innovation and Web 2.0 (something near and dear to all of us at Sun!)

Our panel of experts were (L to R): Mary Smaragdis from Sun (aka: Sun Blogger MaryMary), Kirsten Dixson, Founding Partner of Brandego and Vanessa DiMauro, founder of Leader Networks.

Their discussion covered the corporate and personal aspects of social networking and the Web 2.0 movement, giving meeting participants a crash-course on the topic.

If you missed the panel on March 8, you can still hear Kirsten speak at the upcoming WITI Boston Conference on Mar 29-30.
Her session is called: Building your Online Identity for Career & Business Success.

You can even receive a $100 discount via this blog! -- Receive 2 days for the price of one! Use the promo code: 101WITI on your registration form.  This great deal is being offered by Jo-An Thomas, WITI-Boston's Exec Director.
